I keep doing homework, but I never get a feeling of accomplishment. The homework is listed for the whole semester, so I always see what's next to get done. Its all I can do the stay on track, but I want to get a little ahead. The work load is just too much to ever be ahead.

Aw, don't worry. You only have to do homework for another 969 days. It will just whiz by you. You won't know what happened.
I think you should change your goal to simply remain on schedule. Imagine what a sense of accomplishment you'd have! You could celebrate with a hard-earned, well-deserved break!
